Meet Yayoi,

An ex Ballerina turned wellness and movement coach, guiding others toward strength, balance and longevity.

With a rich background performing with international ballet companies, Yayoi brings a lifetime of experience in movement, nutrition and mindfulness to her work. After retiring from the stage, she trained with Polestar Pilates and has been coaching clients since 2020. She also represented Les Mills International as a fitness presenter and choreographer.

Yayoi approaches movement as more than physical exercise, it is a powerful tool for cultivating inner balance, resilience, and life long- happiness. Her In-house private coaching and Lake Hayes Pilates classes are designed to build strength, improve alignment, enhance mind-body connection, and deepen each client’s movement practice, supporting a strong and sustainable foundation for health throughout all stages of life.

In 2025, Yayoi launched Body In Season, a personalised comprehensive program that blends functional strength training, longevity-focused movement, mindful nutrition, and transformational wellness practices, all designed to align with your body, your goals, and the season of life you’re in.
