    Our Signature 60 minute mat pilates class is suitable for all levels. Developed using a mix of classical and modern methodology to sculpt, tone, and energise. We end each class with mobility, stretching and breath work to feel grounded and connected.

    Studio Yayoi delivers bespoke one-to-one mat and reformer Pilates sessions designed around your individual goals, plus exclusive private group events.

  • Body in Season

    Body in Season blends functional strength, longevity movement, mobility and mindful nutrition for lasting health and performance.
    Offered as a 28‑day intro or 12‑week course, it uses structured sessions, progressive load and nutrition guidance to build strength, joint resilience and sustainable habits with clear coaching and measurable progress.
